Di sisi lain, bisa pula pekerja terlalu fokus pada kehidupan pribadi sehingga tugas dan tanggung jawab kantor terabaikan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #262626;\">Kedua hal tersebut tidak bisa dibiarkan karena bisa mempengaruhi aspek kesehatan fisik dan psikis pekerja.
