Berlatih pose ini akan membuat bahu dan dada akan lebih terbiasa terbuka dan tidak membungkuk. Gerakan yang satu ini mudah dilakukan yaitu dengan berbaring di atas matras dan menekuk kedua kaki dengan bagian telapak menempel lantai. Lali, posisikan masing-masing tangan lurus di samping tubuh lalu angkat pinggul ke atas secara perlahan. Gerakannya tidak sulit, cukup dengan berdiri tegak dengan posisi kedua kaki rapat, tarik nafas dan tarik bahu ke belakang hingga dada busung ke depan, posisikan kepala tegap dan tangan harus berada di samping badan dengan telapak tangan menghadap depan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\">Ulangi beberapa gerakan yoga tersebut di sela-sela waktu luang, atau kalian bisa mengikuti kelas yoga agar mendapatkan bimbingan dari instruktur untuk melakukan gerakan yang tepat.
